We are wet, but all OK ...
crumbs what a weekend, what a nightmare and my prayers are with those people who have lost loved ones and for all those poor people who have lost everything and been evacuated.
In the space of just over 24 hours we received about 420mm - totally devastating!!!
My office had a river of water running through it so a couple of very damp and stinking rugs, some damage to old computers and printers, boxes of scrap stuff and odds and ends - but considering everything we are very, very, very lucky.
Today I'm reorganising things and drying everything out.
I hope that everyone else has stayed safe and as dry as possible.

Glad you're ok Jane! Sounds like it caused quite a bit of mess at your house though.
So glad that you and your family are OK Jane :-)!!
So glad that you guys are OK Jane - and although you did receive some damage - it is the sort that can be repaired or replaced. So sad to hear of lives lost. Hopefully the clean up is just on finished and you guys are able to get back to normal again real soon. Just good to know that you are all OK.
