Zoo Fun ...
we spent a great fun day at Taronga Zoo on Monday - we all had an awesome time and I have to be honest and say I think that giraffes are the most amazing (and cute) animals :). The day started off early with the drive to Manly, a quick visit with DH's grandpa, and then a quick walk to the ferry, two ferry rides and a cable car trip up to the zoo and here are some photos of our fun :

This weekend I think I might brave the cold weather and take the kids to visit their cousins in Bathurst - it's one of DH's sisters birthday and we're having a bonfire and the whole works, should be loads of fun.

And I'd have to agree with you on the Giraffe's...they are such an amazing animal...& cute! Glad to hear you had a great time at the zoo. It's been quite some years since I've been to Taronga...it really is a beautiful zoo!
Hope your weekend in Bathurst goes well & that th weather is kind for you! The Bonfire sounds great. I am off in the opposite direction this weekend...off to Young for a motocross event.
